Is there any chance you're going to restore the bass solos from the DLC songs like you did with the on-disc songs?

Eventually, but right now it is a very low priority. New content always comes first, unless it is an error fix of some sort that was critically overlooked. (The solos were initially intentionally removed since they arent supported in rb2)
