Mh if the moodle-mobile app 3.5.2 is working fine. I see no reason why moodle-dl should not work. Can you share the URL to the moodle instance with me? If you do not want to make it public, email me.
Maybe, it's time I add the complete SSO login mechanism ^^
P.S. Sad, that moodle stopped providing the old Desktop-App, in theory I could upload the latest version, since it is open source, but maybe there are some trademark problems...
Thank you for your response! Sent an email with the instance's URL.
Hello and thanks for this program!
I’m encountering some issues with logging in following a change in my university’s configuration. Previously, I could use my username and password without any issues. However, now that login is restricted to Microsoft SSO, I'm running into several problems.
First of all I 've seen that moodle-dl will only work for moodle instances that have enabled the mobile app. In my case the Android mobile app is available, but the latest version gives an error on course pages:
Error the param "includestealthmodules" is invalid
. The app version 3.5.2 works fine.Regarding login, I attempted to follow the SSO setup described in the wiki, but I'm getting the error:
"plugin not enabled or configured"
. I also tried the desktop app directions from this link (https://github.com/C0D3D3V/Moodle-DL/wiki/Copy-a-token-from-the-Moodle-app) but the installer is no longer available. Is there an alternative approach or workaround? If reaching out to the admin is the only solution, could you advise on what specific configuration or permissions I should request to make Moodle-dl compatible with the new login system?
Thank you very much for your help and guidance!
