feat: Dashboard Solution

Summary

Implement a dashboard of the results of the data analysis notebooks ussing streamlit web app.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Functional .py file to for the dashboard
• [x] Add the charts and figures of the data analysis notebook
• [x] Publish the webapp
• [x] Merge to the main branch

I have added a Pull Request (PR) to our repo adding all the files required to the opperation of the dashboard.

This allow us to have it 24/7 at the streamlit server. you can check it here.

The webapp is hosted free with my personal account and all the updates to the dashboard will be related to my forked repo.

We used deepnote and we'll keep ussing it to test and add new features for the dashhboard and then pass it to the repo via PRs.

🏗 The further steps are to add more interactivity to the dashboard that allow us to add even more value to our client.
