Make browser plugin for Chrome that marks reddmeet users when browsing reddit site. #120

On Reddit's subreddit and comment pages, the plugin should scan for usernames, and then query redddate to check if the user's have a redddate account. If they do, the plugin should insert the redddate logo next to that username, linked to the user's redddate account.
