user ban list / blocklist: each user can provide a list of usernames that are banned from seeing their profile anywhere on the site. #38

that way, stalkers are killed off early and each user can control who cannot see their profile.

a way to hide one's own profile to certain other users, like a block list. The the blocked user would only see a "page not found" when they try to open a profile who blocked them.
