Please find attached the names and contact details of those who registered for your workshop. Feel free to reach out to them in advance in preparation of your workshop.

Technical setup

As you know, DH Benelux 2022 will take place in hybrid format. All rooms are equipped accordingly. We encourage you to anticipate potential challenges in convening your workshop with remote participants. We will offer tech support in every workshop room. Please let us as soon as possible if you require any special equipment (e.g. whiteboard, audio support etc).

Location

Directions to the conference and workshop locations will be signposted onsite and we will share additional directions with you and all participants in the coming days, please also check the conference website for further information.

Lunch

On the workshop day, lunch is not provided by the conference. Please find an overview of restaurants and other places to eat here: https://2022.dhbenelux.org/logistics/ (scroll to bottom).

Provide better tutoriel? Ask prerequis ? Propose take an appointment to configure properly your JDH 's environment?
