Correction of xml

• <copyright-year/>cannot be an empty tag and must instead contain the year the article is published.

• <issue>>1</issue> contains an extra angle bracket. Because many of the checks are case-sensitive and cross-check values and filenames for consistency, please place all mentions of JDH in lower case letters (jdh).

• It seems that there are some (admittedly strange) problems with the way tags containing values are spaced, e.g. I needed to place <license-p>This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.</license-p> in one line for the SC to not complain. But this was only the case here and for the 2022 tag, which had not been expanded in your XML.

• To make the copyright statement complete, please include the year after the copyright symbol (not a hard requirement).
