C2DH should register secondary URLs after initial article publication on degruyter.com, based on the CrossRef documentation at https://www.crossref.org/documentation/register-maintain-records/creating-and-managing-dois/multiple-resolution/#00126.
De Gruyter will register and unlock DOIs for multiple resolution after successful upload of the respective article online package to the Submission Checker.
