Make readers aware that there are Open Ended Issues with new articles #437

open ended issue keep running, but they show the release date
whenever there is a new issue published, the latest articles will be shown above
we should find a way to make readers aware there might be updates on the running open ended issue

By default articles are shown in order of publication date. Issue tags are added to each article. Proposal regarding color-coding: purple for special issues (just like the cfp) and black for regular and open ended issues.

Users can filter by issue, otherwise the articles will be shown in the order of publication. We added a label indicating the issue to each article
