Not compatible with GDPR. See here

Suggested solution by @eliselavy : « We can use the login functionality in the backend in order to track the user reading article (at least the api/article/slug url) and use the functionality put in place by Frédéric Maguin to look at the statistics, see here with GoAccess dashboard, nice quick overview of the log (example here)».

@lwieneke go to first buy Matomo from Sandrine And we will use Matomo as a hosted service https://fr.matomo.org/

The hosted version of Matomo is based on a concept of “hits” – I got the numbers for a range of our sites and estimate that we should be able to stay within the 600k hits range of their offer. (and yes, 300k would be ok based on the data, but end of June is always very quiet)

Discussion at the daily meeting to exploit the datas of google analytics we have collected until now in order to have comparaison for the future.
Use the experience of Aida Horaniet Ibanez to define also requirements about what to collect
