Split guideline notebooks in many notebooks

Refine the layout of the Guideline page (design)

split current guideline into 3 sections:

• installation setup & all tools (Github, Zotero..) (split per OS)
• docker stack, reopen
• guideline about styling, tagging etc.

Show guideline page with tags as filter for content

Show ToC as soon as filtered and start with Guideline underneath. Show set filters above the ToC as well?

fixed #523 in PR #550 I've put the "introduction" ipynb example file, so that even https://github.com/C2DH/jdh-notebook/issues/118 is fixed ^^. I've added a proper documentation on the Guidelines wiki page https://github.com/C2DH/journal-of-digital-history/wiki#how-to-write-the-contents-for-the-guidelines-page

• renamed the notebooks
• updated the introduction notebook
• updated the skim action (reference to the intro notebook) and ran it (but didnt correct the whitespace around the image..)
