In order to do a presentation at DhD , the idea is to reuse the rotating display used during the 5 years's C2DH. Is it possible to generate this for Tuesday morning?

A picture of the fingerprint need to be delivered.

Does it mean I need to create the fingerprint in an 3D environment? Or just a normal picture with the format size of the display? Anyway, I will ask @robertbeta about the format size

@eliselavy, @biumiamy, I tested the 3D holographic projector (Holovisio HV Show 78) and it is very easy to use and install. You only need to download the software from here and run it. I will come back with a step-by-step procedure.

I placed it in the DH Lab (MSH, 1st floor) to get it faster tomorrow.

Video tutorial and steps to run the 3D holographic projector:

  1. Plug in the power adapter and connect it to the projector;
  2. Connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot named DseeLab_78H_V2_78001069 and type the key 84748735;
  3. Download and extract the archive containing the software and documentation for the Holovisio HV Show 78;
  4. Go to: Logiciels & Tutoriels - Holovisio > Logiciels > WINDOWS Logiciel Gestion Hélice - 2.5.8 > PC_Holovisio_2.5.8 and run POV.exe;
  5. Switch to English by going in the upper-right corner and selecting the language from the drop-down list;
  6. To turn it on press the On button in the upper-right corner or press the Off button on the remote control;
  7. To upload a file (image or video) to be shown on the projector press Add and select the file(s) you want to upload to it;
  8. The playlist will run the files shown in the list;
  9. To turn it off press the Off button in the upper-right corner or press the Off button on the remote control.
  10. When finished, make sure the lights on the propellers are fully off, then unplug the adapter from the projector before unplugging it from the power source.

Note: A laptop is only necessary to upload and/or modify the playlist and it can be safely disconnected from the projector’s hotspot without disturbing the projected images/videos. The remote can be used to turn the projector on/off.
