Put the netlify version on dev to be reviewed by editors before production #553

done, merged and deployed dev vm. Note that the version deployed on netlify only concerns the front-end website; it is not indexed and obtains the content from the public prod api. In other words, deploying on this service is in fact a way of previewing the development version with production data without a VPN. I added netlify to our tools mainly to test the preview of the opengraph metadata on social media because their deployment is publicly accessible. In this case, I published an incomplete version of the branch.
