create Tag page #226

Hi @danieleguido and @frederic-reis. I am not sure if this issue was about a new page from which the users should have access to the contents using the new metadata that we add (source types/mediatype, research phase, research activity - more?). If it is the case, please see also the notes of the meeting of 26th April I had with Stefan Krebs in which he proposed the same thing and we can discuss further on how to implement this.

I just coassigned Artur (so that he is aware of the association of these issues) and we can go perhaps further with this once the progress is ok with #272?
