True empty note #47

Currently, when clicking "empty note" the user gets a note with tutorial text. Let's create a new button on the New Project page that is called "Tutorial", which displays what is currently displayed for "empty note". Then, let's make "empty note" open up a blank project that starts with the [00:00:00] timecode and the 6 carriage returns.

I like it. The tutorial will get old fast for working people...
