Scrunched headings #59

Transcript, Show timecodes switch, X-out, Notes, Preview, and Transcript switch disappear half way and get stuck there. Happened with a synchronized transcript when the video starts to play.

Happens as soon as I load the transcript or as soon as I play video.

Verified the bug. When I click on parts of the transcript it scrolls up both transcript and metadata panes.
