VS Code integration. #39

Whenever I try to toggle the VS Code button it disables, I don't know what to do. Currently using Ubuntu 18.04 with Unity.

I'm facing same problem here

I think it might be the snap version that I'm using (try with non snap VSCode, if you can)

It looks like it is having issues while finding the directory where themes are installed. I'm not really sure if such directory has changed in a newer version but I'll look into it.
