Yuan noted that they weren't able to install bosonic-qiskit with pip. Test this install and make corrections.

Our setup.py was out of date since our past upgrade to Qiskit v0.44.2. I updated it and tested with in a separate Python venv to install bosonic-qiskit==11.4. Previous versions from this may fail (until you get to the last version where we used Qiskit v0.39.
