Time of emissions can be specified in 2 ways: periodically or statically.
Periodical emission involve time patterns (day of week, hour of day, ...). It is used for example in OEM.
Static emission involve exact emission values for a specific time.
Inventories can be specified in both formats.
Depending on the export format chosen by the user, emiproc should be able to convert from one to the other.
