We will need to have an improved testing framework

Tests running only when data file present
Test running only if dependent tests pass (for test that require lower level functions)
Test taking long time and running only if the user wants it (example: testing values for a real inventory)

Now we have some capability for tests which run long.

Test will specific files is cancelled as we now use simplified/smaller files instead (eg TNO.)
