point sources for distant heating in swiss inventory #60

In the swiss inventory rasters, we have an issue with distant heating.

We have two categories of rasters based on fuel type:

"eipdh", # Diensleistungen Holz und Kohle "eiprd", # Dienstleistungen Ol und Gas

We get total of

eiprd | eipdh 3.072016e+09 | 970627328.0

So eiprd is around 3 times bigger than eipdh .

Now we realized that in the point sources, one category (1.3 Energy: Wärmekraftwerke und andere Verbrennungsanlagen) includes these facilities. For 2022 there are only 2, one in zurich and on in graubunden. they account for 10% of the total. The one in zurich burns wood and fossil fuels and the one in graubunden it is not clear but also waste.

This 1.3 category was wrongly assigned to eipro, I suggest to assign it to eiprd

@corink21 Just to let you know about this issue. Do you agree with the solution ? If yes, can you approve #61 ?

So we decided to keep the point source in the industrial category as for some facility the heat is actually used for industrial processes and not for households heating
