open repo #2

Installation with conda currently does not work:

since the repo is not public, https protocol requires authentication.

making the repo public will solve it

Ok in the interim , before we have chosen a good name, I edited the environment.yml so it should now work to get this package with pip/git + ssh authentication.

Repo is now public and you can clone with https again, also updated in in environment.yml
