combine grid information with constant file #23

constants file which lacks time dimension: /store/s83/swester/poster_imc/const_ref.nc

the combine_grid_information functionality expects the specified file to have a time dimension which is not the case for so-called constants-files (they contain e.g. the 3d height, leaf area index, surface roughness length..)
