Add documentation on installing iconarray.
Remove unneeded #egg=iconarray in environment.yml on iconarray
Add some packages to install_requires in setup.py so that some dependencies are installed on pip install iconarray. Other dependencies still require conda, hence documenation on which packages are required from conda. The use case for this is if someone pip installs iconarray into an existing conda environment, and then still misses cfgrib, psyplot etc.

Almost! The links to the modules utils.py, grids.py and interpolate.py are still broken but the rest looks good!

Ok so really most of the links in the readme were broken! 😆Fixed the ones you've mentioned and think i've tested them all now!
