I have directed your question to my professor but I have not gotten a response yet. I did not work on the tree canopy generation part so I'm not entirely sure how to answer your question. Have you looked at the code_folder, is that the correct file? It should be the lib.py file.

Amazing project! I am facing this issue in grasshopper:
"1. Solution exception:Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\hello\Documents\Github\tree_database\output\TreeName.obj'."
would you know how what is going on here? I tried several things but couldn't resolve it.
