Improved compatibility with Lenovo smartphones #286

Fully tested on a friend's Lenovo S820 (MT6589). This fixes compatibility with several MT6589 based Lenovo smartphones (e.g. P780, S820, S920, etc...) running stock ROM.

Regarding the check for Lenovo custom UI, a clean test would be to check if all these four conditions are met:

Device is a phone
Device is MTK
SDK version is higher than 17
Manufacturer is Lenovo

However, this could fail in some custom ROMs ported from other devices (other than Lenovo) whose props would still match.
