Status bar locked in lockscreen #292

Open cabrote opened 10 years ago

cabrote commented 10 years ago

In s7189 even if I choose to enable status bar in lock screen, it remains locked (I can't pull status bar down).

Are you sure your keyguard is not secured with password/pin/pattern or whatever? It works only for insecured keyguard.

cabrote commented 10 years ago

Yes, I´m sure. The lockscreen is locked only with the keyguard (the ring). In that position the status bar is locked. If I try to insecure the keyguard (maximizing the widgets) the statusbar remains locked too.

Strange. You should try sharing debug.log so I can check for any related error messages.

cabrote commented 10 years ago

Where I can find debug.log?

C3C0 commented 10 years ago

/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/log/

No errors in the log. I would try with all other modules disabled. Also make sure you have the option for Statusbar lock policy actually set (GB Settings / Statusbar lock policy)

Is you lockscreen stock AOSP? This probably won't work on lockscreens modified by manufacturer.

cabrote commented 10 years ago

Status bar lock policy is set. But I don't know if my lock screen is stock Aosp. Maybe it is modified by manufacturer. Its a Chinese phone.

I'm using widgetlocker cause stock ls never let me swipe status bar down. Of course, disabled widget locker for this testing

cabrote commented 10 years ago

Hello, any news about this? The only thing I couldnt modify is the status bar in lockscreen. It stays locked

Unroftunatelly, not. Basically impossible for us to fix without having that particular device.
