Operations [Infrastructure]: Setup Password Management for core team.

To help manage shared passwords we'll setup a 1Password team account for 1 year (~$20USD a month for 10 people). See meeting notes #146.

[x] Subscribe and pay for team account, setting up admin access
[x] Setup vaults and move main details across.
[x] Send out invites to team members along with email about the onboarding workshop
[x] Set up workshop event in team zoom/calendar
[ ] Confirm all core team members are correctly setup.
[ ] Document the setup. Figure out how and where to document the setup (perhaps in Notion or private github wiki?)

Still waiting on a couple of team members to sign in. Invitations resent. Gave a rough introduction to @Mietran0407 so she can help people as needed.
