Helping Yuta-san dRep

The target of Yuta-san dRep report is dRep & general community
The method Yuta-san came into the conclusion of the dRep report is by constant communication with the proposers from Japan & self-check of the proposers KPI
Deadline to submit (1) the teams opinion towards Yuta-san assessment (2) assessment of proposals from local regions such as Viet Nam & Indo is 27th Feb
Corine suggest to make an email that contains 2 (two) questions formulated by Yuta-san, which will be followed up by Yuta-san
All Eastern Hemisphere proposals is suggested to enter the telegram channel of Eastern Town Hall chat
Jenny to assist this effort by Corine & Yuta-san by compiling the emails of all Eastern Hemisphere proposers
2) Monthly Compensation Distribution :
Team member to subject their Proof-of-Work every month on the 13 of each month (subject to weekends and public holidays)
Penalty will be thought-out by Linh & Yan
Fund 9 distribution would be based on the team members work on NOV + DEC/JAN + FEB
3) Close-Out Report :
Mie & Yan will do a focus discussion group on Tuesday to finalize all our Close-Out Report
4) Cardano Spot :
Cardano Spot will have a Twitter space this Tuesday, ETH members are invited to have discussions with Seba and Miguel
Miguel has suggested to have a Cardano Spot >< ETH Twitter space to build more recognition of the ETH
5) Astarter :
Tien has asked critical question regarding Astarter most specifically the 99% margin by delegating to their pool
Tien will be invited into the Astarter telegram discussion to do a fit and proper test of Astarter
Yuta-san has also shared 3 (three) questions in the Discord channel
The team as a whole agrees as long as Astarter/whomever in the future provides benefit to the community they are allowed to present
Miguel's intention is for Astarter to purely introduce themselves to the community
To create a set of parameters where we can share to our proxies on whom are allowed to present in the Eastern Town Hall
