Idea Fest Room Organization

- Prepare two Japan rooms - hosted by Yuta and another

- Anyone outside community of Japan can present in Japan room ? - Yan / Yuta

- Will be a combination of ETH Idea Fest and usual ETH - so link can be shared to Chinese community for open discussion - Dumpling / Felix
- Idea Fest presentations go for one hour - then switch back to normal structure for community language rooms - Robert
- There are 8 proposers in Japan, and there are 2 rooms (Room 1 and Room 2). How do we decide which proposer will present in Room 1 or Room 2? - Yuta

- How can the proposer know the randomly selected results? - It is expected that there will be very few questions, so ISSA and I will consider some questions for the project in the room we are in charge of. - Yuta

- Open source perspective - Catalyst is idea marketplace - about team collaboration - so teams who drive ideas to completion are welcomed - Felix
- Unlike corporation - blockchain is more open and transparent to facilitate innovation and collaboration - Robert
- Interesting topic - distinction between open sharing and protected IP - Stephen
- People coming together - Catalyst Swarm, Catalyst School & ETH are highly connected - we are building a support network for Catalyst - everything community driven - to enable outsourcing work to community - Felix
