-Secretary of State Compliance //Does this include Bylaws? //Governance Mechanism? //IRS compliance? Probably at least for EIN. -Accounting Protocols -HR/Employment Management -Front-Facing Web Portal -Project Management Integration -A Carbon Credit Workflow
