[x] Add Global search on API with new generic search call
[x] Add ability to toggle global search on front end

How I'm thinking of implementing this on website is a 'new connector' called "Global" that'll use the same API call structure as the existing connectors. We should make sure that pasting a link from any compatible site with Global as the selected connector still pulls that specific manga.
