[It broke]: Looking for chapter updates - inactive for 5 minutes

What is broken?

Hello,

I'm don't know if this is normal or not. I was wondering why the jobs took so long to get replaced by the next one. (Never really paid attention to that before)

Is is intented behavior ? Or is there an underlying issue ?

Ok, there is something that I'm missing there. You mentioned in an other thread that you monitor 130 mangas and that the delay is 1s. Meaning you check them all in 2+ minutes

But I get stuck for 5 minutes on each manga if there is no new chapter. Meaning I check 12 per hours on a connector.

Getting stuck is a seperate issue. The 5Minutes is a hard limit to avoid getting completely stuck. Normally you should have only 1 second of delay.

Ok then I do have an issue, all my jobs are stuck 5 minutes if there is no chapter to grab. For exemple, filtering on mangasee source (first line of each manga rotation) they all take 5minutes and are stop by the inactive failsafe.

Is that an assumption or something you observed? Would make finding the issue a lot easier

Something I observed, when there is a chapter, it grabs it without any issue.

Okay if there wasn't any change in Meta-Data (Including new chapters) then the task wouldn't end. So cuttingedge should now be fixed :)
