RateLimits, FileNames, Volume/Chapter Numbers #133

Fix a lot of weirdness with chapternumbers ignoring decimales, volumenumbers not being used, etc. Added Custom RateLimits and Custom Useragent. Also stripped trailing whitespaces from filenames
