[It broke]: When Volume Number changes, chapter gets redownloaded #184

What is broken?

MangaDex often retro-actively changes/assigns Volume numbers to chapters, causing a redownload/duplicate

Additional stuff

Should add a soft check if a volume already exists. Maybe add an option to let user decide which version to keep, or to download both, etc.
