Fixing and using the best practice to write some lines.

• Handling endpoints the rigth way.
• Using absolute path instead of relative in all files.
• Fixing the case where is no search value, no need for the file to be read.
• Replacing console logs with some helpful info for the user to acknowledge if there is any error.
• Adding spinner for when the request would take much of a time.
