This change will upgrade ingress nginx version from 0.35.0 to 1.0.5

The ingress nginx version which we have is outdated and has few deprecated api's .

Looks good to me - note that the checks against v1.17.5 and v1.18.8 are failing because a new API is introduced in v1.19. This should be documented when using the Ingress Controller as part of this Chart
