Ingress-nginx subchart is upgraded and set the ingress.create=false by default when using values-production.yaml, as it is not recommended for production.
Benefits
Updated ingress-nginx version(4.5.2) is supported 1.25 K8s version which enabled customer to deploy Portal in K8s version 1.25
Setting ingress.create=false will decouples the ingress-nginx controller from Portal deployment and enables customer to upgrade to their own convenient version going forward.
