Update hazelcast version to 5.2.1 #213

Update helm chart to use 5.2.1 due to CVE.

We've already upgraded hazelcast library to 5.2.1 on gateway due to DE556720 and helm chart needs an update as well.

The Gateway + Gateway OTK Chart versions need to be incremented. A release note should also be added so that customers are aware of the change.

Are there any compatibility issues between a 5.2 client config and a 5.1 external HZ server?

Are there any compatibility issues between a 5.2 client config and a 5.1 external HZ server?

The goal is to move to a higher version hazelcast server that the CVE does not affect. And hazelcast client 5.1 client(gateway 10.1CR3) is compatible with Hazelcast server v5.2.
