Variants and resolve fixes

Description

• Apply variants only after all middlewares are resolved to support styles processors like JSS and JSCS.
• Expose funciton to apply variants to resolved props and theme. Other decorators like ca-ui-react-themer can use this function to apply variant prop mapping in a way that is specific to the relative rendering library (react, angular, etc).
• Themer should accept multiple themes with functions as styles, variables or variants, for example:

  const theme1 = { styles: () => ({ testProp1: 'test' }) };
  const theme2 = { styles: (styles) => ({ ...styles, testProp2: 'test' }) };

  When combining themes with functions, these are not merged like plain objects, instead they are resolved by passing the result of the first function into the second.

• When combining themes that have plain objects as styles, variables or variants, these are merged with object-assign giving priority to the last evaluated theme. For example:

  const theme1 = { styles: { test: 'test-1', sample: 'test-1' } };
  const theme2 = { styles: { test: 'test-2' } };
  // combinedTheme ==> { styles: { test: "test-2", sample: 'test-1' } };
