Remove specific module version in build scripts #105

The offline build scripts currently load specific versions of netcdf, intel compilers. It has been noted that should the corresponding module loaded in the users shell at runtime differs from that version loaded in the netcdf file - this can lead to error (in the offline case).

Therefore we are removing specification of a particular version from the offline build scripts. This is not a failsafe fix assuring that versions at runtime and build time all be the same, however it is a much better setup than what we have now.
