Already implemented fix in -e72760ddc4168ed861e41ba55d8dc65462296e49 Enable treatment of %silt, %clay and %sand parameters as spatial inputs if soilparmne is true

This implementation is offline only. I don't think this will have any implications online anyway as soil parameters are already spatial
