The SSEB package addresses a number of related concerns regarding the evolution of the soil temperature and moisture within CABLE using the default soil scheme. The primary focus concerns ACCESS simulations, specifically implementing the increment to the soil water balance that is consistent with the correction terms on the correct time step (currently it is applied on the next time step). some aspects of the model improvement apply to surface-only simulations.

code resides in /branches/inh599/CABLE-2.0_SSEB/
