code clean up in soilsnow module #168

In the trunk, the soilsnow module is at 1e8c5f9b03cc5180f74758b6a87d379fefaa7cda. David Bretreger (Univ of Newcastle) reported compiling error from lines 555 and 557. The actual cause is in lines 559 and 561 where the SPREAD statement tries to spread the information throughout the second dimension, the count of which is 3, not mp. However, since these variables are not used anymore, all 4 lines should be deleted.
