In this ticket we sync the progress which JAC has made to date by syncing with JULES6.2

CHANESETS/LOGS AND COMMENTS

8627: sync with JULES@vn6.2

Technically our implementation in 6.2 is so far only for Standalone JULES whilst it is hoped that much of this can be re-used in UM-JULES. Just accept coupled/ code here

8628: JAC versions of parameters were generally incomplete. We've also adjusted some formatting here. JAC uses mathS-constants, whereas in trunk we have math_constants - use JAC way. This filename mod is insignificant as module name is maintained. May need to adjust Makefile though.

8629: rm hard copies of params in JAC/

mv to CABLE wide params/ use soft links for now at least

8630: add soft links

8631: rm redundant directory

8632: Use initialisation in JULES-6.2 directory

8633: mv files to USE across appropriate apps

8634-8635: sync grid_constants to USE across apps
