Reported by VH: I would like to flag that the CABLE User Guide's statement: "LAI is specified in the LAI(longitude, latitude, patch, time) array in the same input file as the vegetation distribution. In the example file, the LAI data are monthly and are taken from MODIS collection 5 (Gau et al., 2008; Ganguly et al., 2008) averaged over August 2002 to March 2009. " is a little misleading since it implies that LAI for offline simulations is patch-dependent. As clarified with Bernard yesterday, patch-dependent LAI is not available for either offline simulations or for ACCESS runs.

Reported by PV: So, if anything, perhaps include a footnote to the table in Appendix E noting the inconsistency between STASH-3430 and STASH-3465 given that, on the face of it, these appear to represent the same quantity (one on tiles, the other on grid cells) and might lead to some confusion

Repoted by BP: I noted that we have to modify the user guide and CABLE-AUX soon to reflect the change from Vayu to Raijin.
