Test with live benchcab data. #27

Now that the API spec has largely settled, we should be in a position to test with real data coming out of benchcab.

Sean has advised the following data for testing via Slack (13/5):

/scratch/public/sb8430/bench_example/runs/fluxsite/outputs

This requires checking out the project on Gadi. Up until now I've been able to work locally, now with large file support it is time to see if the server will actually trigger an analysis.

There appears to be an issue over at ME.org which is preventing log transfer and adequate debugging to trigger an analysis (which currently fails on the test server).

Parking this issue for now until we know more.

As per meeting with UNSW 12/06/24, we need to have an experiment set up on ME.org that reflects that which is configured by default here https://github.com/CABLE-LSM/bench_example/tree/main

Issue still parked for now...
