Update the anaconda user to accessnri #38

Following discussion here: https://github.com/CABLE-LSM/meorg_client/pull/37#pullrequestreview-2129130386_

The anaconda user needs to be updated to the organisation account once the build and release process is verified under my personal profile.

The ANACONDA_TOKEN in the workflow file also needs to be changed.

As an aside, I strongly believe that the username should be kept as a repo secret, no just for security, but for the ease of being able to change things in the action without having to edit the code itself.

I'll add changes to that end.
