I can't get a simple READ to work #3

I can't get a simple READ to work. No matter what I enter in the config (right IP address 192.168.1.230 Port 23 or something crap 69.69.69.69 port 69). The state give me an "OK", which looks weird. Screenshot 2021-01-18 161449
