Overview

This pull request change the schema.prisma.

Changes

Model: Updated PartialTemplate updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.
Model: Updated Comments updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.
Model: Updated Template updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.
Model: Updated Area updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.
Model: Updated EducationalPrograms updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.
Model: Updated Subject updated fields to avoid inserting nulls.

The new migration of prisma may need to delete all data from database.
